A certain fascination is radiated by all goose species for the goose-lovers. Why this fascination, the none goose-lover asks? This is a Question which is not easily answered. Even the answers of scholars and teachers of nature, differ from one to the other. My conclusion is, either they are loved or they are hated, there is no middle-ground. We love them, especially the proud Canada Geese! Who are we? We are the guardian Christa and the watchdog Buffy. It is nice to meet all of you!

Buffy the small watchdog sadly left us, to spend time with her friends over the rainbow-bridge. As so many times during our lifetime, something dear has departed, but little Buffy-Girl we will never forget you!

With extended paw, Sassy says "HELLO" to everyone! She is the new little watchdog from the Gallery of the Geese. She is still young and wild, but she is also very sweet and alert and is a great addition to my little goose-world. Christa the guardian, I had nothing to write about myself, but because of my good friend Gisela, I found a few words, since she insisted that this has to be done. Since 1994 I am retired from a job that I entered just for the fun at the age of 48, after I applied also just for the fun of it, without prior experience. The boss liked my enthusiasm and hired me on the spot, which was really unexpected. Ten years I stayed with the Department-Store, until my husband war diagnosed with heart disease. Many years ago my job was that of a seamstress and thereafter, I took 25 years to raise our six children. Now they are gone, living all over this country und it is very quiet around here, most of the time. Now about friends: Gisela, you are my dearest friend in the Net. You are an extremely honest and good-hearted person! Your regular phone-calls are very inspiring for me. A personal connection to the "Man Upstairs" really exists between you, He listens to you. Several times I was a witness thereof! Dearest Gisela, stay the way you are, because you are t he pure fresh air, the net needs so desperately! Sadly Norbert, disappeared from the net, before I had a chance to really thank him for all the artistic things he has made for me! I wish you well Norbert, I miss you! Without the helpfulness of Knight Manfred, my HP would long have ceased to exist. His ingenious talent ist unsurpassed. He is a helpful friend to many and is very popular because of his charming demeanor. It is a pleasure, to have made his "acquaintance" and to be able to call him my friend!
